Carriers
We ship primarily via UPS and USPS. When shipping with UPS we utilize UPS Ground & UPS Surepost where applicable. When shipping with USPS we utilize their Priority Mail and Ground Advantage services. We are able to ship via Fedex by special request. Unless requested, we ship via our preferred carrier which is determined at the time of shipping.
During the holiday season, in order to accommodate last minute gifts, we do offer expedited shipping methods such as Overnight, etc. When available, those methods will be selectable at checkout. If you require expedited shipping, but we're not offering it at the time you're placing your order, feel free to call us and make a special request. We can usually accommodate such requests.
Processing Time
We are a small family business with a seasonal element to our operations. Our "on-season" runs from May-December, while our "off-season" is January-April.
During the on-season we typically ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them not counting weekends and holidays.
During the off-season, we ship orders on Mondays and Fridays because we are closed Monday-Thursday. On Fridays, we pack and ship all of the orders that came in during the week. On Sundays, we pack the orders that came in over the weekend and the carriers pick them up on Monday. See the table below to determine your order's ship day during the off season.

Transit Time
We are located on the Delmarva peninsula and all of our orders ship from our main location in Fenwick Island, DE 19944. Below are transit time maps for UPS Ground shipments, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Ground Advantage which are our primary shipping methods.

Limitations
- We only ship to US (incl. AK/HI, PR, Guam, & APO/FPOs) & Canada. We are able to do international shipments anywhere in the world, but shipping costs are high, typically in the $75+ range at a minimum. Call or email for such an order.
- Our processing time around the holidays becomes extended. If you have concerns about processing time around the holidays, call or email us.
- We cannot re-route shipments that have already left our facility.
- We DO NOT guarantee transit times. Once an order has left our facility, we have no control over the shipping carrier's performance, so it is up to them to get it to you on time. Fortunately, they're pretty good and the vast majority of orders are delivered on schedule.
